Mr. Driver didn't say much, but he helped us to adjust the itinerary and avoided traffic jams completely. Fortunately, I saw it when it hit the ground!

It was a great service. The company emailed me a day before the trip to inform me of the driver name and contact details. After setting the pickup location and time, the driver was here on time. It was a nice 12-seater van for 7 of us, so it was nice and comfy. The AC was working well and the vehicle was very clean. We know where we wanted to go, and the driver recommended a few places along the way that we can visit. Driver can speaker Chinese well. I gave 4-stars because the driver was sick.. while I understand he needs to earn money, he was in a bad condition during the later part of the day and it could have been dangerous for him to be on the road. The buffet lunch spot he recommended with Mt Batur view was terrible. It was full of flies and expensive, I highly recommend to pick somewhere on your own for lunch.

Although the driver is a native of Indonesia, he is fluent in Chinese and explains the local customs and culture along the way.

The driver arrived on time to pick up at the hotel. The Chinese language is very good. It also suggested that the attractions give us better choices. They also took us to a delicious and value-for-money pork rack restaurant, but went the wrong way halfway. The mountain road that has been driving for an hour is almost motion sick.

The Chinese driver Xiao Hei's Chinese is surprisingly good. Take the elders on a day trip. Talk and laugh along the way. The places we want to go to will also give us priority in accordance with the location suggestions. Along the way, I shared the life and humanities of Bali. That ’s great. The 10-hour car was really worth the fare.

The driver's Adi service is very good, and he will also introduce you along the way, and also recommend delicious restaurant food. Finally, taking us back to the hotel also assisted us in checking in, super caring.

The driver spoke Chinese very well and was fluent in English. He also sang Chinese songs together. The whole trip made us feel at ease
