- When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional vehicle in cases where the size of the traveling party does not fit their chosen vehicle on the day of pick up
- Child seats are available upon request for children 109cm and below in height or children aged 0-4 only. Please note that all requests are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, the local operator will inform you before your scheduled pick up

Driver was late almost 20 mins for our airport pick up. We were lucky to have a stranger help us make a call to the local Thai Rythmn company to check the status of the driver. Once he finally showed up, he offered no apology, the drive was quick and clean though. Just happy we made it safetly but could have done without the unnecessary stress.

The plane arrived early but the driver arrived earlier in our two-person ten-person luxury minibus to the hotel in less than twenty minutes
