5D4N Lake Toba, Samosir, and Berastagi from Medan

Mas Polman is an excellent and reliable driver. We traveled with him for 5 days covering Medan, Lake Toba, and Berastagi, and the entire journey was very smooth and enjoyable. He always maintained a positive and friendly attitude, was patient with our schedule, and provided great service throughout the trip. What we appreciated most was his photography skill — Mas Polman helped us take many beautiful photos and knew how to find good angles and nice spots along the way, which made our trip even more memorable. He was also very attentive to details, and the car was kept clean and comfortable every day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt well taken care of during the whole trip. Highly recommended Mas Polman for anyone planning a trip to Medan and the surrounding areas.

Wow, what an absolutely AMAZING trip I had with this tour agency – I’m still in awe! The organiser, Edi, is an absolute superstar: super proactive, lightning-fast responses to every single question, and he went out of his way to tailor the logistics perfectly to my family’s needs (travelling with two elderly folks isn’t easy, but he made it seamless!). Our driver Angus deserves a medal – so incredibly kind, patient, and attentive; he was constantly looking out for my parents and making sure they were comfortable and safe every step of the way. And the Mount Sibayak hike? Mind-blowing! The views were breathtaking, the experience unforgettable with the explanation from Yanta, and my friend (a total first-timer) was completely blown away – he hasn’t stopped raving about it since! The local guide is very friendly and knowledgeable, doing their job well. Whenever we as about the itinerary or places we visit, they provide a detailed history of each location. They also introduced us to local restaurants and recommended authentic dishes for us to try.

It was a great 5d4n tours. Special thanks to Edi and driver/guide Agust for adjusting itinerary based on our request. Accommodation was good, room with fantastic lake view at Lake Toba, spacious, modern and comfortable Mickie Holiday Resort at Brastagi, city center hotel in Medan, all are well organised. Optional tour to Sibayak has been shifted to 8am according to our request, local guide Andy has taken good care of us and introduce us the plant saw at Sibayak. Highly recommend this tour.
