Well planned tour. Tour guide, Vivian, is attentive and took care of my family during the trip. Although Cape Kamui and Cape Ogon hike were tiring, we were rewarded with stunning views. Highly recommended. Note: Cape Kamui is probably not suitable for elderly.

Review for: Sapporo Kamui Cape, Otaru & Yoichi Distillery Full-Day Tour

Traveling alone to Hokkaido, I didn't want the hassle of buses and JR trains, so booking this one-day tour was incredibly convenient. The meeting point was right at Sapporo Station North Exit, which is also a shopping district. The scenery along the way was beautiful, and there was plenty of time at each stop. The driver was always on time, and our guide, Zoe, provided simple introductions to the sights along the route. I didn't have to plan anything myself, making it easy to visit the less-known Shakotan Peninsula. It was excellent value for money.

Review for: Sapporo Kamui Cape, Otaru & Yoichi Distillery Full-Day Tour

Most tour groups only visit Otaru, rarely covering the Shakotan Peninsula. This itinerary includes Cape Kamui, Shimamui Coast, and Ougon Misaki (Golden Cape), offering pristine west coast ocean views that far exceeded expectations! Cape Kamui is incredibly photogenic, Shimamui Coast is quiet with few people, and Ougon Misaki is perfect for taking lots of photos. In the morning, you can enjoy retro sightseeing in Otaru, and in the afternoon, immerse yourself in the sea views. This trip offers two completely different styles of scenery in one day, providing an incredibly fulfilling experience.

Looking for a tour that lets you experience the Hokkaido West Coast seascape all at once? You've found it! The ocean along the route is so blue it looks like a filter. The itinerary is perfectly paced, allowing two hours to leisurely browse the creative shops in Otaru, ensuring you don't just rush through. Returning to Sapporo, there's plenty of time for dinner. There's no forced shopping throughout the trip, so you can simply relax and enjoy the scenery. It's a perfect travel experience.

I was initially worried that a day trip would feel rushed, but it completely exceeded my expectations! Booking was quick and easy, and the meeting time was precise. Our guide, Zoe, was detailed and engaging in her explanations. We had plenty of time at each scenic spot and got to see the wonderfully therapeutic "Shakotan Blue" ocean. Fantastic!

Wow!!! What an amazing trip. We left at a reasonable hour from Sapporo, we got to spend time and look for glass art - this was a full street with so many options and we had time to ourselves . Later we went to a whiskey distillery which was nice, but the mini hike to cape kamui was amazing! I had so much fun, our guide was so nice and kind and explained everything in detailed and walked with us so if we had more questions he was there to help. We got water and a small gift, really this was 11 out of 10. Worth your time and money. Rick, the guide, was amazing. Make sure you can walked 2 miles/3km up hill and clime 250 stairs at your own pace. It was not that bad at all.

Review for: Sapporo Kamui Cape, Otaru & Yoichi Distillery Full-Day Tour

The entire trip was very well organized, and both the tour guide and driver were extremely friendly. I highly recommend our guide, Rick, who shared a lot of historical knowledge about the attractions and the origins of their names in both Chinese and English during the drive, which made the journey much more insightful and engaging. The only thing to note is that the latter half of the trip requires a certain level of physical stamina, so those with mobility issues or anyone needing to adjust their itinerary should consider their own capabilities.

Thank you, Director Cai, for your excellent service. You provided explanations in English, Chinese, and Japanese, and took care of everyone in the group. Although the weather was a mix of sun and rain, we saw all the beautiful scenery, and our trip to Shakotan concluded perfectly.

I am very satisfied with this trip! The tour was highly flexible and accommodating, allowing us to board at Otaru without any issues. Our guide, Mr. Choi, was outstanding — knowledgeable, professional, and quick-thinking. When we encountered bad weather, he promptly updated the itinerary to maximize our experience and ensure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend this tour and would definitely book with them again!
