we join this Japanese tour which is the only tour package to where we wanted to visit. the guide can’t communicate in English nor mandarin, so he has been trying very hard to use a translator to communicate with us for all the important points, times & how to follow through during the guided tour in Tateyama Kurobe Alpine. even though we don’t understand the explanations throughout the journey about the spots, we just enjoy the scenery and goggles to read about the places. we are happy with the nice scenery and air. the hotels are not the best still acceptable. breakfast are good as well as one of the dinner. Onsen is ok. overall we like the tour.

100% Japanese guided tour. For non Japanese speaker no audio guide available n Local guide will only inform you time and location to meet via google translate. Overall tour quality was good.

- This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
- If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
- For bookings with 4 people in one room, only the first night will have 2 rooms (2 people per room).
- Dinner on Day 1 will be at your own expense. After check-in, please enjoy a meal in the Toyama Station area or nearby.
- During the Golden Week period, transportation may be heavily crowded, which could cause significant delays for your return to Umeda. Please understand in advance.
- A few days before departure, you will receive an email notifying you of the accommodation for the second night.
- Breakfast may be changed to a breakfast box.
- Due to traffic or other factors, the stay time may be shortened or there may be significant delays in returning. In case of delays, if taxi usage or extra overnight stays are necessary, the company will not be responsible for any related costs.
