For Bike / Scooter / Segway
- Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued
- Ponchos will be provided in case of rain

- Please be responsible for your personal belongings. Klook / the operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip
Other Reminders
- The tour operates rain or shine
- There may be a mix of e-bikes and standard bikes on this tour
- Please provide 1 credit card and 1 government-issued ID to be retained as a deposit for the duration of the tour
Kids' Policy
- Tag-alongs and trailers are available (Limited numbers) for standard bikes only
- Any child's bikes or equipment must be requested. For safety purposes, child equipment like tag-alongs cannot be attached to an e-bike
- Child seats available (Limited number and for standard bikes only): kids aged 6 months to 2 will use a front child seat; kids 3 or older and within 20 kg of weight will use a back child seat
- E-bikes are not compatible to carry child seats
