Skiing is a high-risk activity. Guests are advised to purchase relevant insurance in advance. Please be aware that due to Japanese law, vehicles cannot be used for more than 10 hours. The tour guide will adjust the itinerary based on the actual circumstances of the day. We will send an email to guests between 20:00-21:00 the day before departure with the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check your inbox, and also your spam folder! During peak season, the email delivery time may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding. If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please refer to the latest email. If you have WeChat, you can add the tour guide’s account proactively based on the information in the email. We will do our best to accommodate seating requests. However, as this is a shared tour, seating is primarily allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requirements, please indicate them in the remarks section when booking. We will do our best to arrange suitable seating for you, but the final arrangement is subject to the tour guide’s coordination on the day. We hope you can understand and be considerate. Please be prepared in advance. As the day tour is a shared tour, please do not be late for the meeting point or attractions. No refunds will be given for no-shows, and you will be responsible for any accidents that may occur due to lateness. In the event of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or change the operating hours of attractions or show times, or even cancel some operations and performances without prior notice. This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. For your safety, staff members have the right to request guests to suspend outdoor activities and will communicate with you to arrange alternative arrangements, subject to the actual situation on the day. Transportation, tour duration, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams or weather), the tour guide may, with the consent of the guests and without reducing the number of attractions on the itinerary, reasonably adjust the order of attractions visited. Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. Please indicate this in the “Special Requirements” section when placing your order. If you do not notify us one day in advance and bring luggage on the day, the tour guide has the right to refuse guests to board the bus as it may cause congestion in the car and affect driving safety. No refunds will be given. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of travelers. Specific vehicle types cannot be specified. If you choose to leave the group mid-tour, the uncompleted portion will be deemed as a voluntary abandonment and no refund will be given.
