- Make sure that you are in a healthy and energetic condition before enjoying the hot springs
- Take a quick bath before bathing in the hot springs to get your body accustomed to the water temperature
- Please do not wear any clothes when bathing in the hot springs. You are also not allowed to wash towels or clothes in the bath
- Avoid staying in the hot spring for too long. When you finish enjoying the hot spring, make sure to rinse your body with water and dry off with a towel before entering the dressing area
- Get a good rest and hydrate properly after soaking in the hot springs
