I was very satisfied with this experience. The hotel room was super comfortable, clean, and tidy. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both very plentiful. The hotel is close to a large shopping center, and I was truly very satisfied. 👍👍👍

Located near Ma On Shan MTR station, the hotel rooms are clean with decent views. There's a large shopping mall nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. The package included a seafood hotpot buffet and breakfast buffet, which was a great value.

The overall feeling is good, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and dry, the room has no peculiar smell, the restaurant environment is comfortable, the food tastes moderate, and the waiters are kind and polite.

The hotel is next to Coastal City, a large shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping. The hotel is located on the upper floors of a commercial building, offering open views from the rooms. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The package includes an all-you-can-eat hot pot buffet at a restaurant in Coastal City, with a wide variety of food and drinks. The overall taste is good.

The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained and clean. The package includes a one-night stay in a deluxe room with a king-size bed, breakfast, a seafood buffet dinner, and a massage - excellent value for money. Next to the hotel is "Wanfeng Coast City," a massive shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, offering a full range of dining, drinking, entertainment, and leisure options. It's very convenient as you can walk there without being exposed to the sun or rain. The next day, we enjoyed a movie at the mall's cinema, watching "Chasing the Wind" for 90 RMB, a comfortable and satisfying 141-minute experience. A perfect ending to a 2-day, 1-night trip.

All that glitters is not gold – a disappointing experience. This stay at the Shenzhen Bao'an Marriott Fairfield Hotel included a seafood buffet dinner for two, which, disappointingly, wasn't actually in the hotel. Instead, it was at the "Xi Ting" affiliated restaurant located in a nearby shopping mall. While technically a partner restaurant, the overall experience was far below Marriott's brand standards. Firstly, the restaurant's air conditioning was severely inadequate, making it stuffy and uncomfortable to dine in. Due to the large number of guests that day, we weren't able to move to a more ventilated area until halfway through our allotted dining time, making the overall dining environment cramped and unpleasant. The food was even more disappointing. Some of the seafood and cooked dishes were obviously not fresh, with off flavors and poor texture. Several drinks advertised as "hand-mixed beverages" completely missed the mark, tasting like pure sugar water. Packaged drinks were displayed on unrefrigerated stands, and some food stations used only mechanically produced smoke to create the illusion of coldness, without any effective refrigeration or preservation, raising concerns about food safety. Overall, the food quality was subpar. There was a wide variety of options, but the quality was low, leading to a lot of wasted food. Most regrettably, I felt unwell after the meal and experienced several bouts of diarrhea in the hotel, clearly related to the food's lack of freshness. This experience was, simply put, a letdown. The restaurant's quality and service did not meet expectations and are not worthy of being included as part of a Marriott accommodation package.

The Coastal City shopping mall has strong air conditioning and is very large. Although it's far from the border, it's only a 50-minute to 1-hour car ride away. The buffet quality is good, with delicious food at a reasonable price. The hotel is new and of good quality, although the coffee machine was broken that day, so there was no free coffee. Overall, including the buffet breakfast and dinner, as well as the new hotel, this is a relatively high-value option. The disadvantage is that it's far from the border, but it's also less crowded.

The service is very good, the room is nice, and it is very convenient to be near a large shopping mall. I will stay here again if I have the chance.
