Kumamoto Private Car Charter Day Tour | Customized Itinerary

We managed to go to Mount Aso, Kusasenri, Takachiho Gorge, and Amanoiwato Shrine, and it was amazing! We initially planned to ride the Ametetsu Railway, but it was fully booked when we arrived. Thankfully, our driver quickly suggested an alternative and brought us to Amanoiwato Shrine, which ended up being a beautiful. Our driver was a Chinese woman who has lived in Japan for many years, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was punctual, kind, and very knowledgeable about the local area. The comfort of having our own spacious vehicle allowed us to truly relax and fully enjoy every destination without feeling rushed. She made excellent use of the hours we had, planned the route efficiently, and ensured we arrived back at our hotel just before 5pm. Overall, despite our original plan not working out, this tour exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth, comfortable, and memorable day trip🌿✨

The guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing histories and stories behind the local spots. There’s a hiccup that he drove us to the wrong helicopter boarding point because he was added to the chat group late and missed the earlier conversation between me and the coordinator about my itinerary address. But thankfuly he helped us to sort out and got us to the right place in time. He also took care of my mum who had mobility difficulty.

our tour guide Mr Chen is friendly and nice to talk to. he recommends the best route for our itinerary and bring us to good spot for food. will recommend him and book him again.

The driver was Chinese and was an excellent guide. We went in early December and it was very cold on the mountain. Recommend you try going in late Spring, Summer or early Autumn. The mountain view is awesome. bring a drone. Try to make a detour if you can to a fruit farm.

The driver, Xiaoguan, is Chinese and likes photography. He accompanied us to take photos at every scenic spot, which was very good. The itinerary was the same as described in the introduction. The view of Aso Volcano was good, but the crater was not open that day and we could only watch from a distance.

Wonderful experience with our driver and it was easy for us to communicate with him as he speaks primarily in Chinese. I had to do a last minute change for a bigger car due to needing extra space for a wheelchair, and they are very responsive to my request even though i requested just 3 days before the actual service!

The driver Hugo was very polite, spoke quietly and had a very good attitude. It was raining and very cold on our day but luckily we had a rental car. Otherwise, you would be unhappy to have to wait for the bus for an hour in the mountains. In addition, Hugo also helped us budget for restaurants for the day, and he also helped us communicate with the restaurant because of changes in the itinerary. In addition, we were going to Yufuin the next day, but the journey was delayed because we did not check the information properly. Hugo was very helpful in contacting the hotel but he didn't need to do that. Highly recommended. If you are going to Aso Volcano, it is worth chartering a car.

This time I took my parents on a self-guided trip. In order to make the journey more comfortable and have more fun, I tried chartering a car for the first time. Before departure, the charter company will create a LINE group where you can ask any questions. After confirming the driver, the driver will also be added to the group. The driver will send a LINE message on the day to tell you where to meet, so you don't have to worry about not being able to find someone. This time we visited four tourist attractions in Takachiho (one of which the driver asked us to visit as an extra). The whole trip was very smooth and comfortable, and the time was well controlled. Although the driver was young, he was also kind and courteous. Overall, it was great. experience!

Our driver, Xiao Liu, was very friendly. He recommended many local delicacies and gave us some great itinerary suggestions. The point-to-point transfer saved us time waiting for public transportation.
