Between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai Multiple Days Car Charter

driver was always early for pick up and very polite. he brought us to all the places we wanted to go and was patient with us. van was spacious and clean for the 7 of us. we really enjoyed the private charter service.

We had a large family and our accommodation was outside the old town, so we reserved a car. The car was spacious and comfortable, and it was nice not having to worry about finding a vehicle to return when going far away. Since it is very difficult to get a Grab car from the golf course on the outskirts to the Old Town, it would be a good idea to use it when going back and forth to play golf.

Our driver, Nirun, was punctual, driving steadily, and the car was clean and comfortable. He also bought fruit for us to eat in the village of Long Neck, but unfortunately forgot to take a photo with him. Overtime fee, but the tip that was supposed to be given to him couldn't be squeezed out.

We enjoyed our journey. Driver is good and careful.

Mr. Tar is our driver for a 2 days trip to Chiang Rai. He has a good command of English and Chinese. There was a miscommunication between Klook and the driver (Mr Tar). Mr Tar was only informed of the itinerary but not the pick-up location of day 1 and the drop-off location of day 2. Hence, Mr. Tar arrived 2 hours late due to heavy traffic. On the first day, Mr Tar was almost always on the phone, hence I could not reach him via call when we are done with each attraction. I also had to make adjustments to the itinerary due to the amount of time wasted waiting for Mr Tar at each attraction. However, on the second day, he was punctual and was always ready to pick us up at each attraction. He was even proactive to help to optimize the itinerary to include attractions missed due to time lost on the first day. Overall, it was an ok experience with Mr Tar.

With the road construction, rain, slippery turns, ... etc. it’s best to leave the driving to the professional, and take a break. Both Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai are exceptional cities to visit. We took a very relaxed trip. My favorite temples are Wat Pha Lat and Wat Rong Khun.

Thank you very much mr.pong for taking us to the mountains and seas in the 2 day package. The car is careful and stable and the service is very good. At the end of the trip, we really appreciate the extra tip.

Our ride was good and relax and our drive was good and professional too. Overall is above average. The only complaint is our drive cannot speak English but we can still communicate without problem.
