The driver was very good and recommended all the places we could visit in Osaka in one day. There was still time left. The driver drove very well and was able to change the pick-up location to Duamaru because we couldn't walk back to Donton. We went to eat grilled meat as booked and returned to the hotel on time without having to pay extra. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this driver. This trip was very impressive.
super helpful driver. he contacted us to pre-arranged the trip and itinerary in English. the driver spoke limited english but we can communicate well with my limited chinese and thanks to Google translate. He offered alternate attractions when one we chose were closed due to over capacity and time. overall i recommend to book through klook.
I had a wonderful experience, driver was able to speak some English and recommend destinations to visit in the time we had. With knowledge of Kyoto & Nara. Organised gave time on how long to visit each destination. I visited in Kyoto, Fushimi Inari-taishi l & Sanjusangendo. Then we went to Nara & & had lunch at a recommended restaurant. After lunch made our way to Nara Park & visited Todai-Ji Temple & Kasuga Taisha Shrine. Then made our way back to Osaka.
Was def easier to go to Kyoto and Nara on a day trip with our kids, even tho driver just speak Chinese, communication was easy with google translate and he took us to all places we ask for. Would skip Kyoto because of the thousands of people (which he did told us)
We had a fun time during this activity! It was a comfortable ride since we had elderlies and a toddler tagging along! Definitely the right choice!
The driver took our family to all the small niche shops we wanted to go to like the Miffy Arashiyama Bakery! We are very satisfied!
Great experience. Its better than catching the train especially if you have children. You'll get to go around easily. The only let down is the travel time. You will lose a bit of time because Kyoto to Osaka is about 1.5hrs. I wish we could've gone to more places in Kyoto.

- 7-seater vehicle: Toyota Alpha or equivalent, if child seats are not used, it can carry up to 6 passengers (including children) + 2 standard luggage
- 10-seater vehicle: Toyota Hiace or equivalent, if child seats are not used, it can carry up to 9 passengers (including children) + 2 standard luggage
Luggage Details
- Standard luggage size: 36 cm x 25 cm x 53 cm, large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces. If the maximum number of people or luggage capacity is exceeded, the cost of not being able to ride will be borne by the guest.
Notes
- The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours, and the start or end time is 8 hours at a different location; the service time is 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions (if you use the car after 22:00, you need to pay an additional JPY5000 night service fee);
- If it exceeds 10 hours, you need to pay the driver an overtime fee of JPY5000 per hour for vehicles with less than 10 seats and JPY10000 per hour for vehicles with more than 14 seats;
- The departure time can be based on the needs of passengers Please note: the driver can only speak Chinese or Japanese, or use translation software to communicate in English;
- Children and infants also occupy seats, and child safety seats occupy about 1.5 adult seats. The supplier can provide up to 1 child safety seat. If you need to use it, please pay for the child seat fee when booking
- The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at the latest 3 hours before use), please pay attention
- Please wait for the driver to pick you up at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance
- The pick-up and drop-off points are both hotels or B&Bs in Osaka City (if you pick up outside the range, you will reserve idle time for the driver according to the actual situation or pay an additional fee)
- The following dates are the peak season for travel, and the driver will charge an additional JPY5000 peak season service fee, which can be paid to the driver on site. Please understand: (2024-2025) December 23-January 5 January 25-February 7 March 25-April 15 April 29-May 5 July 1-August 31 September 29-October 7
