Absolutely in love with this service. I was stressed with my two pieces of luggage (one was a check-in with 20kg and one was a carry-on of 8kg). I had to carry them around the subway in Kyoto and look for lifts or escalators to go to the right platform. I used this service & was able to roam freely for the day without having to worry about bringing our bags on the trains to get to our next hotel. I received the confirmation email from the baggage company straight away. I made a mistake on my booking and they assisted me. I really appreciate their flexibility. They required the luggage’s to be at reception/front desk by 9AM. I received an email at 10AM that my bag has already been delivered to my next hotel, which I didn’t expect.
