Luggage Services
- How to use
- Select your preferred delivery date and make a reservation for your seamless experience.
- You will receive a Transaction No. via email from Airporter within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please upload your [Luggage] and [Accommodation Confirmation] from the [Upload Photo] button in the reservation confirmation e-mail
- Write the Transaction No. on your luggage tag and put the tag on all the pieces of luggage you plan to drop off at the reception desk
- The driver will pick up your luggage and deliver it to your accommodation or airport
- Drop off and pick up
- Your items will be ready for pick up at the airport after 4:00 pm or your next hotel/accommodation after 7:00 pm of the same day.
- If you need your items delivered before 4:00 pm, please drop off your luggage one day in advance. The driver will collect your items before 9:00 am of the previous day, and your luggage will be ready for pick up on the following day
- For airport pick-ups, failure to collect your items will result to a penalty of JPY 1,000 per day for each luggage
- For sending from a hotel, the luggage drop-off time for same-day delivery is no later than 09:00 am
- For sending from the airport or Tokyo Station, the luggage drop-off time for same-day delivery is no later than 13:00
- Luggage guideline
- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 180 cm (sum of length, width, and height)
- Luggage cannot weigh more than 30 kg
- The value of baggage must not exceed JPY 100,000
- Items accepted for delivery: suitcase (check in or carry on size), irregular items such as snowboards, golf bag, etc.
- Items not accepted for delivery: Wallets (cash and credit cards) identification cards (passports) jewelry (diamonds and pearls), flammable materials (fireworks) poisons (those prohibited by Japanese law), all animals including pets (dogs and cats), insects, reptiles, fish. In addition, poisonous plants are not allowed as well
Additional information
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- A JPY 100,000 worth of insurance is offered for damages resulting from the delivery process, delay of 24 hours or more, loss, and expenses related to damages; damage to luggage handle or wheel due to deterioration, accommodation charges, and airfare is not covered
- Please note that we are not liable for any damages listed here
- If the service could not be used due to flight cancellation or considerable delay as a result of unforeseen circumstances, please provide proof of flight delay or cancellation. In such cases, you can reschedule or request for a full refund
- Please note: You will receive the notification email from “Airporter” at the following timing: When the booking is completed, when the driver picks up the luggage, and when the driver drops off the luggage at the destination counter
- Please kindly see ”How to Use” Instruction in the email from Airporter, as the operation differs depending on the hotel you will stay at

This is another good example of excellent service in Japan. Everything went well from my drop off in hotel (very coordinated manner by hotel also) to the time dropped off at Osaka to pick up at Kyoto. Nothing has seen to be wrong. Arigatōgozaimashita. This gives me the total freedom of going to Nara and Uji before check into hotel in Kyoto. Thank you.
When traveling abroad, the biggest hassle with taking subways, buses, and taxis is often dealing with multiple heavy and large suitcases. This time, thanks to Klook's luggage service, I had a perfect trip with light hands. I used the service three times: from the airport to the hotel, from one hotel to another, and finally from the hotel to the airport. As someone who absolutely dislikes carrying luggage, I was extremely satisfied. The process from booking to retrieving my luggage was not difficult, and I felt reassured when they sent photos and arrival emails upon pickup and when the luggage reached the hotel. On this trip to Kyoto and Osaka, I used the luggage direct delivery service to the airport for both the outbound and return journeys. I recommend using it on your first day at the airport to have your large luggage delivered directly to your hotel. This avoids your luggage inconveniencing others on subways and buses, especially since pedestrian paths in Osaka and Kyoto sometimes have inclines, and dragging luggage all the way to the hotel can be exhausting. For the return trip, it completely frees up your hands, allowing you to enjoy the last day of your journey with just a backpack. You'll even have room to buy more if you wish. Your luggage will be easily retrievable at the airport at your scheduled time. Just remember not to go to the wrong floor or direction; luggage pickup is on the fourth floor of Kansai Airport. Allow enough time to collect your bags before checking in and dropping off your luggage at the airport, then you can continue to shop and explore the airport to your heart's content.
Good experience using this service. I've booked this service to deliver my luggage from kyoto to osaka. Its quite seemless and we are able to continue our trip day after dropping off our luggage at the counter. I've ended up booking this service a second time from osaka to KIX (booked with them directly) just because it made our trip so effortlessly.

Frees up your hands, making the trip much easier. After placing the order, you'll receive an email explaining the delivery process. You'll also receive email notifications upon collection and delivery. Drop off your luggage at the Kyoto hotel front desk before 9 AM, and pick it up directly at the Osaka hotel after 5 PM. I will definitely book again for future travel plans!
