Thanks Order received thanks Klook all in fast redemption have a great day all went smoothly great purchase
highly recommended for big family. driver emailed a day and everything went smoothly. driver is on time, car is clean and comfortable.
It was raining so heavy and we were worried that the driver wouldnt turn up. Turns out our driver even arrived to our Hotel earlier to help with our luggage and get us to the airport safely. Will book again the next time im in SH.
Super fuss free. We received our driver details the night before through email and by the time we landed, the driver was already outside waiting for us. Everything was organised well and we were out of the airport, in our car within 10 mins of exiting the gate. Immediately booked the hotel to airport transfer for our return leg after.
The driver provided excellent service. Even on a rainy day, he still took good care of me. Thank you very much.
I had a meeting scheduled for 3:30 PM, but I couldn't find the driver until 4 PM, so I contacted the customer service center, and they said something ridiculous like the driver was a no-show. My wife, who was sending me off to my daughter, is not in Korea, and I can't speak a word of Chinese, so they talked nonsense for a long time and eventually asked if I would get a refund because the driver was a no-show. If they refund me at the Chinese airport, will that time and my wife's anxiety be compensated? This is the first time I've felt this absurd and unfair for 70,000 won. They didn't even check if the driver was waiting, and at 5:15 PM, they barely managed to get in another driver's car and take me to the hotel. Since I don't speak Chinese, I had no choice. After waiting for almost 2 hours, I paid my money and went to the hotel feeling really bad. Companies like this need to be warned.
Comfortable and clean. The driver was very friendly. The overall feeling was ideal and on time. Next round will come again and book again with klook for this excellent service
The vouchers are received promptly, the operator have contacted us separately, no hassle and seamless transaction as I booked this for someone else and no problems encountered. Just make sure you download translator app when you go to Shanghai so you can easily communicate with the driver.
It was a satisfactory experience and met all the standard airport transfer requirements.
We were done earlier than expected, and the car was ready within 10 minutes to pick us up. The staff were also friendly. The driver updated us throughout the journey on how soon we were to reach the hotel without us asking. The vehicle was clean.
