Check-in was smooth, and the room was surprisingly big and spacious. It’s a little pricey, but I’d say it’s still worth it, especially for the early access to Disneyland. We managed to get on Zootopia, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Peter Pan’s ride before the crowds started coming in. The early access definitely made a big difference and helped us make the most of our day at Disneyland.

We had an incredible stay at the Toy Story Hotel. Now my son wakes up every morning wanting to go to the breakfast buffet there 😂. It is incredibly convenient for the proximity to the park and Disneytown. I would recommend to others and stay again in the future.

It was a nice stay, they have a bus that directly go to disneyland which take around 8minutes, and we have early access (1 hour earlier) if stay in Toy story hotel, the room was full of toys story item which make my inner child happy, the amenities was great and the cleaner was so good

Booked a 2 nights stay here in their garden view room. it’s two double beds but smaller than queen size bed. Good for small family to stay but not big enough for 4 adults. Upon checking in, the staff will guide you thru the Disney app to get all your plans on it, including the early access voucher. Shuttle bus is just at the entrance, to enter Disneyland from side entrance at Disney town. Passport is the entrance ticket don’t forget it. Hotel bf can give it a miss.

Check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is before 11:00. Extra fees may apply when requests for late check-out are granted. Check-in may be delayed at peak arrival times. Each room accommodates two adults and up to two children aged 11 or younger (including 11). For bookings made on or after January 12, 2026, with stays starting on or after January 12, 2026, if the number of guests aged 12 or older (including 12) exceeds this limit—up to a maximum of five guests per room—an additional fee of up to RMB 299 per person per night will apply.

  • To ensure that we continue to deliver the signature Disney experience, it is necessary for us to refresh our offerings from time to time. As a result, construction work is currently underway in part of the lanes at the vehicle entrance and exit of Shanghai Disneyland Hotel. The original two-way traffic flow will be temporarily adjusted to a single lane. Drivers entering the area are advised to take turns merging, follow the directions of on-site cast members, and slow down for safety. Construction work will take place at Toy Story Hotel's main entrance from September 16 to September 24. Please follow the signage to enter the hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
  • Check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is before 11:00. Extra fees may apply when requests for late check-out are granted. Check-in may be delayed at peak arrival times.
  • The "Pre Check-in Service" allows Guests to complete check-in procedures for their stay prior to the regular check-in time. The opening hours for this service are from 08:00. All guests are required to arrive at the hotel together for real-name registration. You may enter the hotel up to one hour before the start of the "Pre Check-in Service" with your reservation confirmation number.
  • If your arrival time is earlier than the one hour before opening hours of the "Pre Check-in Service," please be sure to contact the Shanghai Disney Resort Reservation Center at 400-180-0000 (Mainland China), +86-21-3158-0000 (Other Country/Region), or email SHDR.yuding@disney.com, and provide the necessary travel documents to submit a special request and obtain official approval for early entry in advance.
  • Each room accommodates two adults and up to two children aged 11 or younger (including 11). For bookings made on or after January 12, 2026, with stays starting on or after January 12, 2026, if the number of guests aged 12 or older (including 12) exceeds this limit—up to a maximum of five guests per room—an additional fee of up to RMB 299 per person per night will apply.
