The cleanliness of the room was disgusting. We arrived late at night and after being given the wrong room key and walking in on a lady in bed, we went to a room that was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. I went back down to reception but no one was there to ask to change rooms. Stains on the sheets (multiple), fake eyelashes on the floor, chewy wrappers on the floor, the bin had an empty bottle of coke, the window sill had hair from someone shaving, the aircon filter kept falling off and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, there was a very questionable hand print under the bunk, the bathroom shower had mould on the wall, the floor was so sticky that we had to wear socks/shoes around the room. The next day I went and bought cleaning products to clean it myself.

The bed was comfortable enough but the property overall is poorly maintained, there’s no lift so we had to carry heavy bags up 2 flights of stairs, the shower had a prison cell vibe and the water pours all over the tiny room. There are no power points near the bed which is incredibly inconvenient, very few in the room at all. We wouldn’t stay again

This is a budget motel. You get what you pay for. If you are a cheap skate then No one can complain about the bad state of repair the building is in. We can’t whine about the tiny rooms that were painted 40 years ago and now is peeling off. The bathrooms are described as well, “interesting” especially the 25cm step up into it and it’s tight cozy feel. There is a pleasant view out of the 3rd floor (with no lifts) down onto the litter filled car park complete with dangerous steps, trip hazards, mossy paths and a bent over steel pole that is an accident waiting to happen. I am not complaining as I only paid $167 a night for a double room. I came back a month later to visit family and this time I stayed next door in Quest which is 50% more but It is my choice to pay the extra to have a normal room. Our window looks down on the Ibis car park and the same litter is still there. This is my only criticism. I get the budget cheap bit and you get what you pay for but I cannot understand why in a budget motel there has to be so much filth and garbage around this motel, hasn’t the owners got eyes to see how filthy it is. I don’t get it.

Maintenance is wanting. Blinds are getting tatty and broken but still effective. AC unit in room was fairly new but filters and innards needed cleaning.

Very basic but good value. Close to a variety of restaurants and fast food outlets. Within walking distance to Leumea station.

You get what you pay for, if expecting the Ritz and you will be disappointed, yet it fulfilled my personal needs perfectly, the fact that there was several different food outlets right next door was a added bonus.

Great
It was just what I needed the only thing I would suggest is to replace the blind in the window it has got muskin tape covering to holes in it. That aside happy with the room.
