The property is great parts of it are dated but it is old , the best part of the stay was the staff, they are exceedingly friendly and go out of their way to assist you. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were very comfortable, it is well located and has an excellent view.

The hotel and room was clean. But not immaculate. I think the over all need for updating gives it that feel. For an old hotel, it is very clean. The bed was very hard. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Location is excellent. Close to many tourist sites, grocery store, restaurants…even MacDonald’s. Tho the only Japanese food we found nearby was in the grocery store.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights prior to cruising out of Yokohama. The location was perfect and the staffs were all extremely helpful. Despite a little hiccup due to our family having 4 reservations, everything got taken care of promptly and everyone was accommodating. Will definitely stay there again if opportunity arises.

I booked this hotel the last minute as we wanted to tour around Yokohama before our cruise. The location was excellent. 5 minute walk from the Train Station and 15 minute walk to our cruise terminal. The hotel lives up to its name, very grand! Fancy, and large rooms! Older establishment. No key cards but real keys. Was a quick stay.
