We had a very pleasant stay at New Otani Inn Yokohama Premium. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the Yokohama waterfront, which made our stay even more relaxing. The location is excellent—very close to Sakuragicho Station, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions like Landmark Tower and the Red Brick Warehouse. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a nice view in Yokohama.

We really enjoyed our stay. The check in and check out was very efficient the employees are very friendly. We arrived early and they stored our baggage for us until check in and even let us use a umbrella since it was raining. Very nice and clean hotel with great views.
