I have stayed at this property before and was overall very pleased. This time, however, I was offered a room on the first floor, right in top of the highway going under the window of the room.
The hallway was smelly, and the room was noisy. Could not stay there so asked for a different room. I was sent to a room facing the back of the building - but it was also facing the apartement next door. I could see how well they made their bed and they could see straight into my room. Zero privacy. No privacy curtness, just blackout ones, so I had to choose - light, quiet, fresh air or privacy. Could only have one...
We had to leave the hotel since they had no other rooms for us. Of course we did not receive a refund. This used to be my "go to" hotel in Melbourne, but never again.

The room was very modern but they have chosen form over function in the bathroom. The sink is just a slab without a bowl. This causes water to splash on clothing especially during shaving or cleaning teeth. The partitions doors were broken. The lift would not go up to the pool area unless you 1st went down to the ground floor and the ability to cast from your device to the tv did not work due to slow wifi but the in-house netflix did work after a period of buffering.

Our stay was terrific! We redeemed a free Hotels night and got upgraded from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. It was so spacious and great layout. Very clean, loved the Kevin Murphy products and the lounge area. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Staff very friendly, apartment was cleaned daily, the building was spotless and we loved the little coffee shop. We went for breakfast every morning.
Pool area was beautiful and the views across Albert Park were spectacular.
If you’re a sun lover, there’s not enough sun beds for the amount of people staying. We
didn’t let it bother us though.
Had a great time.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Pool and gym areas were also really clean and offered a beautiful view of the CBD, Port Philip Bay and Albert Park Lake.
Really close to the CBD, perfect location for a getaway. Would definitely stay here again.
