Solo stay

The cleanliness was excellent, and I'm a cleaning supervisor. The maids were polite and helpful when I interacted with them. The hotel is lovely with good amenities and excellent location. It is a little dated without exhaust fans in the bathroom or enough power points and power point location (none near the table).

Fantastic
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Seasons. The unit was very spacious, very well resourced, quiet, secure and comfortable. It was very clean and tidy. The front desk staff were welcoming, professional and helpful upon arrival. I will happily return to Seasons into the future. Thankyou to all for a lovely stay.

Staff are very nice and great location. I really like the seasons botanic and have stayed a number of times. It is starting to look a little tired and worn, rooms need a complete overhaul with new equipment t needed, but still it's a good place

Stayed with partner

2nd time visitors and we were pleased with our room and the service by front desk. We did notice that the hotel is getting dated, but everything worked fine for us. The room was clean, bedding and towels fresh and clean, as was the bathroom. The only problem was one missing spoon but quickly added when i asked at front desk. This hotel was just what we wanted for a 5 day stay where we were able to self-cater for breakfast and some dinners with the appropriate appliances in good order. W-Fi was good and fast for us too. The main advantage was its closeness to the arts precinct and South Melbourne and serviced my many tram routes on St Kilda Rd. We will return there again.
