Deluxe room - City View · 1 Adults · 2 Nights

The location was excellent and the building had great charm. Staff were mostly friendly, and the massage was amazing — it really eased my travel fatigue. However, I booked a Deluxe Room with City View but was given a room with only a window facing the corridor, and the mattress had bedbug marks. When I asked for a change, the first staff seemed unhelpful. Later, another staff kindly moved me to a Classic Room with a proper window, but no refund or explanation was given for the downgrade. Also, the requirement for a cash deposit wasn’t mentioned beforehand, and I had to find an ATM at check-in. Nice hotel overall, but communication and service could be improved.
