Very basic and shabby Motel. Expected a bit more for the $100+ price, should've been a $60 rate.
Also, the Police were there questioning the guest next door - so that was interesting.

GoodStayed with friends
The room was clean and smelt nice but there are several details that should really be attended to. Staff were wonderful and attentive. It was quiet from road noise and the permanent residents were friendly while mostly keeping to themselves. Location was good for my needs.
Mattress was not real comfortable and older style but was generally clean as was the bedding.
Stains on the carpet.
Airconditioner very old, broken fins loud and dirty.
Shower toilet really needs updating with inground mould in shower and badly patched toilet surround.
Drinking water in the fridge would be nice for guests and a flannel per guest. Towels could do with changing out as one of mine was visibly stained.
All in all 3/5
Good price but definitely budget conscious accommodation.

Room was old outdated but clean and tidy. Staff member was very welcoming and friendly. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Value for money.

Below average This hotel is a home for displaced individuals, there were permanent residents in rooms that were not even one star quality.
I did not even sleep there as I did not feel safe and instead booked a different motel down the road. My intuition was correct as when I turned up the next day I saw the reception front windows had been smashed in overnight.
Definitely avoid this hotel

Below average Buildings are dilapidated, surrounds are unkept, the motel signage has burnt and lies at the foot of the signage, occupants appear to be “regular”. There zero that would take me back to that broken property. Zero!!!!! I cannot believe this reliable agency would even consider having THAT building on their books.

It was a disgrace.
We didn't stay there. My daughter refused to take her 3 month old in the room. We are trying to at least get some of our money back. The rooms stunk, there was duct tape holding the mirror together and mold in the bathrooms. The blankets were mismatched and smelt like they came from an Op Shop.
The lady at reception was accommodating however.
I would have been mortified to show anyone those rooms.
