very good location. 15min of walking to Chinatown and Pasar Seni. Jalan Alor which the location for the famous variety of restaurants and street food situated only behind the hotel. The hotel is design is minimalist with a modern design. the room integrated with an Ipad to control the blind, curtains, lights, air conditioner and also the television.

Perfect place for a solo trip! I stayed in a king-size room and the bed was huge, clean, and very comfortable. The whole room was spotless, which was the most important thing for me. I felt safe throughout my stay, and the cozy bed helped me sleep really well at night. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is great with walking distance away from most major shopping mall and eateries is nearby too. The hotel room seems a little small, but right enough for 3 nights stay. There is no gym or swimming pool, not much facility but chill out at the lobby after a long warm day is relaxing. Recommended if you like to just chill and relax around Bukit Bintang area. It's about 15-20 mins walk to Lalaport transportation hub.

I couldn't find any negative thing to comment about our stay at CitizenM. They are located at an awesome location and we particularly liked our first day where after eating breakfast, we just walked towards this new mall full of crafts and arts. Their breakfast spead wasn't much but they taste good and could fill you so you are ready for your day. The room was small but you can move around and spread your luggage. We liked the shower as the water pressure is great. The floor does not dry up and stay wet for a long time though. The bed was really big. It's connected to the window. We got a view of the back of the building and Jalan Alor. You can tell that the hotel is more advanced than most. I remember the hotels that I've stayed in Tokyo. TV was smart and airconditioning is great. The lobby was very cozy with lots of area to work and plug your devices. They kept our luggage and secured it in a room. Overall, we really liked our stay and will definitely choose them again.

This was my second stay, with my first visit back in 2022, and the hotel is still just as pretty, well-maintained, and comfortable as before. The breakfast is nice, and the staff are very welcoming. The housekeepers were especially attentive to my requests. The lobby is a great place to relax after a long day of walking around KL. The location is also convenient, close to Jalan Alor, so enjoying the food there is a must. The room is clean, and the TV offers phone casting as well as plenty of channels to choose from. The hotel feels modern, and the bed is incredibly comfy. Overall, still a wonderful place to stay.
