Good
Studio room had limited cooking facilities and a tiny window so was permanently dark. It’s an ok hotel but everything in Darwin is very expensive for what you get. The area around the hotel is a little rough as it’s in the CBD. The staff are mostly very helpful.

Fantastic

Stayed with partner

Very good stay only one night but we had the best sleep. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and the room was the right size. Air conditioning was awesome and the lady put as in a room, straight out of the elaborate as I am disable. Thanks again, see you guy’s next stay. Kind regards, AnnLyn and Barrie 🤗👍

The hotel was quite nice and in a great spot a little run down and showers need some attention .. we arrived at 2am and could not park the car in the secure parking spot as no spots available. If we knew we had to book we would have prior to arriving . we had to park the rental car in an ally way which we were nervous There was a bit off riff raff in the hotel throughout the night as there were alot of loud knocks on people's doors that echoed through the hotel we received our knock at the door at around 10pm it was just some kids ... I hope The breakfast was catered by a near by Cafe super cute and super sweet staff and great food just limited options

Prepaying for breakfast was a poor decision. The breakfast was only available at a cafe around the corner from the hotel. There were only three choices on the menu, none of which appealed to us. We ended up going to another hotel each morning and paying for a good buffet breakfast. We therefore lost our money on the pre-pay at the hotel. Don't make the same mistake.

The nightclub across the alley from this location played extremely loud music all night making it impossible to sleep. We were lucky to have an alternate room arranged for us at midnight on Friday, other families were not so fortunate. The assistant told us they have complained multiple times to Darwin council only to be ignored. If you book a room, be sure to insist on one away from the club. The new room were had was very quiet and made the rest of our stay pleasant.

For business

Unless you like checking in with a computer screen I would give this place a miss. After booking with Hotels, still had to enter all my details again, then asked if i wanted to purchase a late check out, which I did only to find myself locked out of my room after 10:30am. Then had to find a real person at reception and then after two attempts finally got a key to allow me back in my room. The late check out stuff doesn't seem to transfer to your keys but it does take your money quickly ....
