I enjoyed the 3 day stay. But my fridge was off and the ice had melted.
When the fridge was on it froze everything. The bed was great. The room was kept clean. The air conditioning was cool. Except for the fridge it would have got a higher rating

I booked this place for 4 nights. Serious cleaning issues. I specifically asked for three days for cleaning the room but it was left dirty. Bedsheet was never changed during the stay. 2 times bins were not emptied and a night we returned from our whole day trip we realised no toilet paper.
Staff least bothered to ask about your stay experience. Not sure if i will ever come back to this place.

Room was clean and tidy. Location was great walking distance to CBD and restaurants. Parking easy and plenty of options.
Biggest gripe is air-conditioning stopped during the night and couldn't reset.
Summer in Cairns without air-conditioning was a sweat bath and thus poor quality sleep.
Otherwise great option.
