Very helpful front desk agents and excellent restaurant service. The breakfast and dining buffet food is excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms and service of hsk and maintence were very responsive when we had a issue with our blow dryer. Great service overall!

I love our room it was so cozy like I don’t want to leave and just chill. The cleaning service was great and the staffs are respectful and friendly. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast there was a lot of options and they even have taho and kakanin. It was really a great stay and I would definitely come back again.

Great hotel from check in to check out. They held my sister's bag while waiting for check in. Also, they upgraded our room to one with a nice view of the pool side. Good breakfast spread, quiet beach and nice hotel overall.

the staffs of La Carmela de Boracay were very friendly and assisted my family from day 1 until the day we checked out. they also approved our request immediately like new beddings, additional towels, rugs and others. we will surely come back again and book the same hotel

This hotel made my kids birthday extra special! The room was beautiful, the ambiance was perfect, and the staff were honestly the sweetest. They even surprised us with a lovely happy birthday song and a cute cupcake— literal instant happiness. 🎂🎶💖
