I loved the hotel’s location, right beside D’Mall & along the beachfront, making everything so convenient. The staff were incredibly attentive & thoughtful, often anticipating our needs even before we had to ask. Check-in & out were both quick and hassle-free. The room was clean & spacious enough to accommodate two large suitcases. The bed & pillows were soft, making it easy to get a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the complimentary afternoon snacks served between 3-4PM, as well as the daily goodnight snacks delivered to our room around 6:00–6:30 PM. Such thoughtful little touches made our stay even more special! Another highlight was the daily performance at 5:00 PM on the lobby steps, where the performers even invited guests and onlookers to join in the dancing. Overall, it was a wonderful stay w/ an excellent location, comfortable accommodations, attentive service, and thoughtful extras that made us feel truly taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

best experience, the staff, front desk the service and hotel itself is superb. we enjoy our stay and it feels like home. we do not regret booking in mandarin next. the location is beside dmall and restaurants and fast food. beach front is the highlight of the hotel.
