Our trip was cancelled due to a typhoon hitting the area of Boracay at that time. But the Customer service from Klook and Shangrila Boracay was very helpful and accommodating during our rebooking. Got it rebooked after a month and was able to enjoy the hospitality of Shangrila Boracay!

It is always our dream to stay at Shangrila boracay. Excellent hospitality, butler service, lots of food buffet varieties and transfers. They even allowed us to come back for transfer back to mainland even if we hotel hop to other hotel. They also have their own airconditioned waiting area at the port. Overall, a dream come true for us.
