There is a free shuttle - no reservations required. I would highly recommend taking the shuttle instead of walking. I tried walking from the airport to the hotel and got lost because a lot of roads near the airport don't have sidewalks. Having a LAWSON convenience store inside the hotel lobby was really nice. Didn't need to leave the hotel to grab a few necessities. All of the staff were friendly and polite. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food.

clean and location is good

The hotel is beautfiul! We stayed in a traditional Japaense room with huge windows overlooking the main street. One of my favorite parts of this hotel was the bath house which was clean, tranquil, and had great ammenities. The staff are also very kind. I would highly recommend this hotel!

front desk/info counter was ready willing & able to help with what ever question/ problem, right down to transportation issues! will definitely stay again
