Vivian is so fluent in english. we liked her. she is very helpful. She is funny. She recommended stores where to eat or to buy pasalubong. She is very organized and detailed. This trip is more memorable because of her guidance. 10 stars for her. Taiwan is beautiful. Til’ next time.

5/5 stars! Even with the rainy weather trying to ruin the day, Ivy Kup, our tour guide kept our spirits high from start to finish. She is super funny, full of jokes, and never boring. Switching easily to Tagalog made everything feel extra warm and engaging. An absolute standout guide—highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Time was well spent! I’m group #14 and i’m travelling solo from the Philippines 😊 This tour was very helpful since my trip was last minute 😅 I appreciate that our tour guide, Erik Superman (😂), was very detailed in explaining how we could go around each tourist destination more efficiently! Each destination tho was within a time limit which I think was only enough. Really great choice of tour if you’re traveling solo ❤️

The tour fee was affordable and definitely worth it. I didn’t feel tired during the trip because everything was well-organized and enjoyable. The places we visited were all amazing, especially the Yilan Traditional Arts Center performances, Kavalan Distillery, and Jiaoxi. I enjoyed everything so much. We also got discounts when buying products at the Kavalan store, which made the experience even better.

We enjoyed our day trip to Shifen, Jiufen and the Taiwanese pineapple pastry shop. Our guide, Jeff, was okay, but the tour felt a little rushed and we would have liked more time at each place. The driver was very friendly and Jeff, took good care of us throughout the trip. Although the time was limited, we still enjoyed the experience overall. Thank you for taking care of us!

Had such a great experience on the tour! I was able to book it at the last minute, just one day before the tour, and everything still went smoothly. Kate, our tour guide, was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She made the tour fun and comfortable, and was always happy to help and answer our questions. Really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a hassle-free way to explore Taichung. 💗

Jason made our Sun Moon Lake day trip unforgettable! His passion for his work was evident from the very start. He wasn't just a guide, but a true storyteller who brought each location to life with fascinating and relevant insights. He knew exactly where the hidden photo gems were and, thanks to his expert photography skills, patiently took the time to capture stunning portraits of every single person in our group. His thoughtful hospitality really stood out, from treating us to delicious local tea eggs to steering us toward a wonderful lunch spot—and making sure we didn't miss the legendary ice cream and almond pancakes. Thanks to Jason’s energy and care, the entire day felt effortless and incredibly fun. I cannot recommend him—or this Klook tour—highly enough!

I had such a wonderful experience on the Jiufen tour, and a big part of it was because of our amazing tour guide, Franny! She was so friendly, bubbly, and helpful throughout the whole trip. She shared interesting information about Jiufen and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how welcoming and accommodating she was.
