Convenience: The hotel has an excellent location, right outside the Xiasha subway station and next to the KKONE entrance, which is very convenient. Calling a car from the Futian Port to the hotel only takes fifteen minutes.
Cleanliness: The room is clean, but when using the restroom, dust was found on the sink and mirror, which was a little disappointing.
Service: World-class service. Tea is served from the moment you enter, and aromatherapy is delivered to the room. The restaurant staff included in the meal package are very polite, which is commendable.

Breakfast, afternoon tea, and midnight snacks are all available. There is a gym and laundry room. The rooms are clean and fragrant, and the bathrooms are clean and sanitary. WeChat butler service is provided.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel facilities and arrangements in all aspects were very considerate. I especially have to commend the equipment in the meditation room. I will definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends 🥰

The hotel is right at the subway exit, just a minute's walk, and the rooms are comfortable. Overall, it's quite good. The only imperfect thing is the lack of a dinner buffet option; only afternoon tea and late-night snacks are available. Once you go out, it's hard to go back for afternoon tea, and you're too full for late-night snacks after dinner, so both meals are wasted. Breakfast is pretty good though.
The hotel is next to a shopping mall with restaurants and tea shops, which is very convenient. We had Hakka cuisine at a restaurant in the mall for dinner. The salt-baked chicken was delicious, the clay pot rice was a little oily, but still tasty, and the stuffed tofu was also good.
