Very nice and cosy island hopping experience. The boat ride was smooth and windy, the weather was very good that day. Both Sapi and Manukan Island had very nice beach. The tour guide, Nanak, is very friendly and answered all our question, also helped everyone take care of their bags and things. The banana boat and snorkelling are must go. Managed to see quite a few species of fish, snorkelling is limited to the areas near the shore but can spot quite a lot of fish. The sun is very strong so must apply sunscreen to prevent sunburn. Time was also sufficient and ended quite early at 3pm.

David was wonderful. He was professional and attentive throughout the trip. Islands were beautiful, water was crystal clear, and wildlife was abundant. Would thoroughly recommend for a day out in KK.

The boat was good for the price, but the massage could be longer. It is an option for two hours. The first island is beautiful, gorgeous, and clean. The second island is a little bit short, but you can do two islands in one day. For the price, it's definitely worth it. For any first-timer, I recommend it for sure. The locals are friendly, and the food is great as well.

Manukan Island wasn't bad, but I highly recommend Mamutik Island. I took two tours and visited Gaya, Sapi, Mamutik, and Manukan Islands, and Mamutik Island was the best of the four. It wasn't just because the weather was great that day; the coral reefs on that island were so well-formed that I saw more fish there than on all three other islands combined. I wish the water had been a bit clearer on the day I went, but it was still truly beautiful and wonderful. The guide was also very kind and excellent. I highly recommend it!

Our tour guide was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly, and we're very grateful for him. He carefully assisted us by looking after our luggage while we enjoyed water activities and other underwater adventures, making our trip very pleasant. We especially recommend adding on the underwater walk (includes underwater photography), Flyfish, and Parasailing.... all of them were a lot of fun!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and overall would rate it 4 stars. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet environment, which allowed for a good night’s rest. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, responding promptly to requests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. While most aspects of the stay were enjoyable, there is still some room for improvement, particularly in areas like breakfast variety and minor maintenance details. That said, the overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again in the future. It offers good value for money and a comfortable stay for both short trips and longer visits.

Frotndesk at magellan is great. I like the girl manage my check-in and check out. Swimming pool have 3 inclue the olympic size pool (magellan and marina golf), gym have jacuzzi and sauna, kiddies playground (marina golf) my husband and my two girls love it. The staff is great and very well manage me,my husband and our two girls needs. Not enough time to explore pan pacific hotel but in future plan. Sorry to say this, the receptionist at 5 sails restaurant i am very dissappointed during our breakfast. Not well manage in house guest instead i have to do all the work for the receptionist for what i have paid. I did not bring along my veluable belonging around the resort because i want to relax and stress free. Just keep it inside safety box. I have to go up and down (room <> 5 sails) a few time just to fullfilled the receptionist needs. Without the receptionist saying sorry and think of solution instead guest service staff to apologize on behalf of the receptionist. I don't like it.
