big and clean room. variety of breakfast food available. check in counter at level 9, need dedicated lift to reach the hotel lobby. limited check in counters (only 2) causing long queue during check in. otherwise it’s great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room is always clean whenever we get back from shopping/sightseeing. All of the staff are approachable and nice. Breakfast buffet choices are alright and the coffee was good. 10/10 Recommended would book again if ever in the future.

Near local food, kampunglah and the hotel have small Japanese pre-loved item. Staff are friendly and they serve a good paid coffee in the morning. Worth breakfast and they also have option to dine in for lunch and dinner. Overall it is just a short trip of 3days2night. Not to forget, the hotel smell nice and fresh. Comfy chair in the room and plenty of electric socket for your chargers.
