The location is excellent, just two blocks from Okachimachi, and Hirokoji is right next door. Ueno Station is a five-minute walk, making it convenient for going to the airport or taking the Shinkansen! Although the room is small, it's very clean, and the soundproofing is good. The hotel staff are friendly and kind. There are vending machines, washing machines, and a smoking area. Overall, it's highly recommended! There are no major flaws to complain about!

room size is good. bigger than expected. facilities are good and staff are friendly. a little far from ueno station. breakfast buffet is limited but okay.

I would like to thank all the front desk staff( especially Mr Takumi Hiraga). Every one of them is very helpful, very accommodating, very friendly especially when we were asking for directions. The hotel’s location is great, 7-11, family mart is just nearby. Train stations are accessible. several restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel. Takeya( Daiso on the 4th floor) is just a few blocks away. Matsuzakaya is just about a 10 minute walk. The room is clean and the size is ok. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The rooftop bar has a view of the Skytree, and there's also a free ramen service for one hour in the evening. In addition, I went to Lake Kawaguchi during the trip, and when I checked in again the next day, they had already delivered my stored luggage to the room, which was very convenient for me.
