The tour was amazing especially Mr. Jejugpt. He tried his best for us to the value of our money paid on the tour but the weather was not cooperating. it rained all day. Nevetheless, it was all good.

Today we explored southwest Jeju, and while the rain and strong wind meant we couldn’t take many beautiful photos, we gained something far more valuable. Sam shared touching stories and insights that let us truly feel the soul of Jeju. He told us about the island’s three main features, and the wind certainly lived up to its reputation! Even with some sites closed, Sam never stopped smiling and did everything he could to make our day great. His kindness and dedication left a lasting impression. Thank you so much, Sam. We will carry this memory with us and hope to come back to Jeju and see you again.

Today’s southwest Jeju tour was an experience to remember, even under challenging weather conditions. Heavy rain and strong winds prevented us from visiting certain locations and capturing the landscape as we hoped. However, our guide Sam compensated for this with insightful, moving narratives about Jeju’s nature and culture. He explained that wind is one of the island’s defining characteristics, which we witnessed firsthand. Throughout, Sam remained professional, cheerful, and fully committed to our comfort and enjoyment. His dedication was outstanding. Thank you, Sam, for a wonderful tour. We look forward to returning.

We spent the day touring southwest Jeju, and what a day it was! The weather was not on our side—lots of rain and very strong wind, which Sam said is one of Jeju’s three signature features. We couldn’t take many pretty pictures, but listening to Sam’s stories made the experience so much richer. Even when places were closed or the wind was fierce, Sam stayed upbeat and looked after us perfectly. We left with wonderful memories in our hearts instead of just photos. Thank you, Sam! We’ll definitely come back to Jeju and hope to meet you again.

Zim was funny, organised and very helpful with tourist in taking photos! He also gives some honest advice/tips on what to get/not to get so as to avoid tourist traps at all the destinations. Truly enjoyed my time, though it was a pity that the summer rain & wind was so bad that we didn’t get to see the Hanyeo performance and summit Seongsan Ilchulbong

My second day with tour guide Jay! Today we did the South-West Tour. Coming from someone who was born and raised in Hawaii (being that Jeju is the Hawaii of Korea), the scenery on this tour is comparable, maybe even more beautiful. Absolutely loved the Osulloc Tea Museum. Make sure to check out the tea cellar and do the tea tastings, that was my favorite part. There will be lots of walking, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes too. Overall, very fun experience. Jay was very educational, funny, and also a good photographer! He’s a jack of all traits.

On June 23rd, I participated in the East Jeju Island one-day tour. Although it rained during the trip, the itinerary was well-planned. Our tour guide, Steven, was very professional, explaining many things about Jeju Island throughout the journey. His explanations were particularly detailed, and he answered all questions, which was very beneficial. This tour is highly recommended for those who don't drive or are traveling solo, as it eliminates transportation concerns.
