No, I didn't make it because of traffic, but that's surfing, but the instructor was very nice and allowed me to cancel for free.

The driver was very nice, the vehicle was clean and tidy, he arrived at the designated hotel on time, helped us with our luggage, communicated the itinerary with us in advance, and helped us buy tickets after arriving at the scenic spot. He was really super attentive and the service was super good. Thank you for your hard work! Highly recommended!

After arriving at the airport, we took a 10-hour tour of the south. Our driver, Mr. Sumadi, was kind and arrived at the airport early, so we were able to get picked up and start the trip immediately. We had to give up one area we had in mind due to time constraints, but it was due to traffic congestion caused by Bali's poor traffic conditions, and he guided us professionally throughout. Since our accommodation was in Ubud, and the Grab fare would have been considerable anyway, I think it was a very cost-effective means of transportation from the airport to Padang Padang Beach, Uluwatu Temple and Kecak Dance, and Jimbaran Dinner, followed by a drop-off at our Ubud accommodation.

Thanks to the driver who drove us, we had a wonderful trip to Bali! After telling him about the places we wanted to go, the driver recommended some other spots. And all of the recommended spots exceeded our expectations, so I'm glad we used the service. He was very punctual and even though there was traffic due to construction, we arrived at our final destination right on time. He was a very skilled driver and I'm glad we had him. His Japanese was also very good. If I ever go to Bali again, I would like to request the same driver!

I booked a private car through Klook for my Bali trip and had such a great experience! The entire process was smooth and convenient, from booking to pickup. Our driver arrived on time, the car was clean and comfortable, and the ride was very pleasant throughout the day. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about local spots. It was so nice to explore Bali at our own pace without worrying about directions or parking. Definitely worth it for anyone who wants a stress-free and flexible way to see the island. Highly recommend Klook’s private car service!

Surfing includes a dedicated photographer, and the instruction starts on land for about 15 minutes. The rest of the time will be spent in the water until the course ends. There are shower and changing facilities available.

Booked a 10 hours driver: start 8am end at 1+pm. Driver suggested going to tea plantation, everything was prepared for me when I reached there. Then he suggested going to tegalalang rice terrace for the zip line, gave me his driver tag number to let them staff know. Other than the overpriced pasta which I did not finish, everything were nice. Ended the 5 hours with a spa he recommended. 600k rp for an hour foot massage but the atmosphere was nice :) brought me back safely to hotel thanks.
