Mount Usu tours

My family and I really enjoyed Oscar's tour! He was very insightful about a variety of all things Japan. He made sure that everything was smooth and engaging. He was so engaging, in fact, that even when he was speaking in a language I could not speak, I was listening. The tour itself was very captivating. My family and I loved the smooth travel and the views. The scheduling was also just right for each attraction. Overall, we would rate the tour a perfect 10/10! (The bear farm was our favorite!)

This trip was amazing! Our tour guide, Mr. Leo, was very kind and considerate. All the activities in the itinerary were fun, and we really enjoyed them. The time allocated for each activity was just right.

Huge day out in Hokkaido with wonderful commentary and assistance from our charismatic guide Gilbert who transitioned seamlessly between English, Chinese and Japanese. itinerary well explained with plenty of comfort spots. Also thanks to our driver who was called in as a replacement last minute on a public holiday and drive us around all day in difficult conditions. great day out! 本当にありがとうございました

A great experience to stay close with volcanic mountains. A great view of Lake Toya & Mount Yotei, exciting to drive snow motor into the jungle. Delicious gelato ice cream tasted. Overall a great day to choose this trip with multiple scenic spot.

We had a great time on the day trip with our family and are very grateful to our tour guide, Xiao Pan, for explaining every attraction on the bus, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of Hokkaido. He also introduced us to delicious food. He is truly a fantastic and professional tour guide.

Traveling in Japan on your own can be incredibly expensive, not to mention the travel time. Booking a Klook tour is definitely the most convenient option! Our guide, David, sent reminders beforehand and kept us entertained throughout the trip with his humorous and insightful commentary on the sights and their history. The other members of the group were punctual, well-behaved, and cooperative. Today's itinerary included Lake Shikotsu, Showa Shinzan/Bear Park, Lake Hill Farm (for milk ice cream!), the Lake Toya observation deck, and the highlight: the Lake Toya Autumn Fireworks Show. Before the fireworks, David pointed out nearby dining options and a foot-soaking onsen, among other facilities. He also helped us find the best photo angles at each location and took pictures for us. I was extremely satisfied with this tour, and it made me love Hokkaido! I definitely want to come back and highly recommend this excellent tour group! 😊

he was very friendly and helpful through the whole tour. Had a pleasant experience. Even though his first language isn’t English, he did make it seem very understandable by how enthusiasm and determined he was. he also showed us a lot of recommendations aswell which was very nice.

we had an amazing time on our Hokkaido Noboribetsu Toya Lake] Lake Toya & Noboribetsu Hell Valley & Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch or Mount Usu Day Trip. Lucy, our Tour Guide was amazing. She contacted us the night before to advise us of the departure location and time, including some photos. The tour was well organised and we saw everything noted on the itinerary. Lucy was informative and engaging. We had a brilliant day and we absolutely loved the snow mobile rides. Our driver was polite and was an excellent driver and we felt safe with his driving. We would definitely recommend the tour.
