Things to do in Batu Caves

we were picked up from our hotel in a van and taken to Berjaya Times Square to wait for our tour bus. our tour guide Charlie and bus driver Robert were very nice. there was plenty of time to make your way up and down the batu caves, even at a slow pace and taking a long break at the top.. the morning session was good, it wasn’t that hot when we got there, but started getting very hot as we were leaving. there were nice eateries available nearby, with nice snacks (and meals if you want a bigger meal). the batik factory was ok. it was short, but it was ok. Charlie was great in giving us information about batu caves and the suburbs outside of KL.

guide: Excellent Tour Guide name Nithi We had such a wonderful experience touring Batu Caves with our guide! He was not only a great and safe driver, but also an excellent tour guide. He was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole trip. We really appreciated how he talked with us along the way and shared interesting history and information about Batu Caves and the places we visited. You could really tell that he enjoys his work and takes good care of his guests. He is truly a very good person, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our tour. We would definitely love to have him as our guide again on our future trips to Malaysia. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you so much for making our Batu Caves experience even more memorable! 🇲🇾❤️

Our tour guide was very informative, and we even got to visit Batu Caves even though it wasn't part of the package, which was a big plus. There's plenty of time for indoor and outdoor rides, but since we're in our thirties, we just played claw machines and took lots of pictures. Also, make sure to be on time, or you might get left behind by the tour. If you're traveling with vegetarians, there are fewer options for them, but if you're not, there are many choices available. Overall, the tour was a 10/10.

Such a fun tour! Steven was our tour guide and his car was so nice and comfortable, he gave us the perfect amount of time exploring each location and it was so nice having him drive around and not have to worry about parking or getting a grab at each place, he also gave little facts about each place we passed by

The scenery is beautiful and sacred, with lovely colors. There are many interesting pigeons, and it feels peaceful to be here.

Super easy and enjoyable tour! It was horribly hot but that made the waterfalls all the more worth it. Standard touristy tour, about 15 people which was nice, and removing the mental load of logistics was worth it. My driver Ammar was very professional, communicated very well, and let us negotiate for time at each spot.

We booked the Bukit Tinggi and Batu Caves day tour, and it turned out to be a private tour just for me and my sister, which made the experience even more enjoyable! Our tour guide, Raj, was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He shared interesting stories about Malaysia, its culture, history, and local life while we were on the way to each destination. He also gave us enough time to explore and take photos without feeling rushed. What made the tour extra special was that Raj introduced us to locally produced Malaysian fruits and local food, making the experience feel more authentic. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely made sure we had a great time. Thank you, Raj, for making our Malaysia trip so memorable! Highly recommended! 🇲🇾❤️

We had such a great time with our driver, Ganesh! 😊 He was incredibly knowledgeable about Kuala Lumpur and gave us so many helpful tips on how to get around and walk efficiently, which helped us save time and see more places.
