Had a great day with our amazing tourguide Alex! He was very knowledgeable and had a ton of fun facts! highly recommend! Mt Fuji wasnt visible because of rain but it was a more relaxed day which was much needed.

Signing up for this Mount Fuji day trip was an overall fantastic experience. Although the weather that day was a bit unstable with some light rain along the way, which prevented some of the views from being as clear as they would be on a sunny day, our driver, Lao Zhang, was very friendly the entire trip and patiently explained local attractions and weather conditions to help us better understand the itinerary.
Additionally, the driver recommended some great restaurants based on our preferences. The recommended food was delicious, allowing us to enjoy local cuisine during our trip. The entire itinerary was arranged smoothly, the driver's driving was very steady, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant.
Even though we didn't have the ideal weather this time, the driver's excellent service attitude made this Mount Fuji trip a wonderful memory. If I have the opportunity to travel to Tokyo again next time, I would gladly choose this tour again.

Beautiful day to see Mount Fuji we were very lucky as we’re in the end of September now!! Our tour guide (Sandy) was the best!! talked us through everything about Mount Fuji in detail etc had a very contentious laugh and made the day 10x better:) Thankyou 100% recommend this tour

Such an amazing trip, Yuri was so lovely and informative host. we did all the main spots, got to go on a cable cart and we even got to see Mount Fuji fully. honestly would recommend and hopefully you get Yuri as your guide too

The tour was very well organized and we enjoyed it, even though Mount Fuji was hidden behind a thick cloud cover. It would be desirable if all participants were informed beforehand via WhatsApp.

Serina is a wonderful person. I was so impressed with her from the get go, having to translate not only into one language but two!! at our first stop the team working on an event at the lake was very rude and Serina was able to find a new spot with swans for everyone to still enjoy there time. I knew mt Fuji wasn't promised to see do to weather but luck was very much on our side and several of the locations we got views.

Today, I joined the Mount Fuji Scenic Photography Day Tour, and it was an amazing experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Our tour guide, Xiangxiang, was incredibly professional and friendly. Throughout the trip, she meticulously explained the history of each attraction and the best photo spots, and even proactively helped everyone take group photos – so thoughtful! The driver was also very steady and safe, making the entire journey comfortable.
The itinerary covered Chureito Pagoda, Kawaguchiko Oishi Park, Oshino Hakkai, INS Lawson, and Hikawa Clock Shop. Each stop was perfectly arranged, with plenty of time without feeling rushed. Although the weather was changeable today, we were lucky enough to capture photos of Mount Fuji, which was incredibly satisfying!
I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an easy way to explore Mount Fuji. I'll definitely choose Klook again on my next trip to Japan!

We had a wonderful experience with our tour to Hakone, Lake Ashi, and Enoshima. Our guide, Antong, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and organized from start to finish. She communicated clearly throughout the day, kept everyone on schedule, and made sure we had enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. She also shared helpful tips and interesting information that made the experience even more enjoyable.
The only caveat was that we didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji, but What really stood out, though, was Antong’s kindness and professionalism. At our last stop, my daughter got lost and ended up running late, and Antong patiently waited for us and made sure we were all safely back before departing. We truly appreciated her care and understanding.
Thank you to Antong and the bus company for a smooth, well-organized tour. We had an amazing day and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan!
