Excellent, I'm very satisfied, the hotel is beautiful. Everyone should book quickly, the price is good, and the reception staff are enthusiastic and helpful. It's clean.

we had a wonderful experience with Ambassador Cruise for our we’d anniversary. Due to health reasons we couldn’t join with some of the excursions but in no way did that detract from the overall experience. The food was amazing and the staff were all so helpful and friendly especially the cruise manager.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, and close to Hon Gai beach, with many amenities. It's a perfect 10! We will definitely be back.

Their staff were very supportive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They especially went the extra mile by arranging a bus to Hanoi for us. Their kindness and support truly meant a lot to us.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful. The staff are very friendly. The hotel's location is very close to the cruise terminal, just about a 2-minute walk away. There are also some nice coffee shops nearby. Highly recommended!
