I couldn’t ask for more! This hotel is more than beautiful! The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable 🌹 and the food from the 3 restaurants that we tried was so delicious! ( Yulong mansion, Roku Japanese restaurant and bar, marina’s kitchen)

Solo stay

This is a stunning property with beautiful views of Halong Bay from every window. My room was amazing - possibly the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The food in the hotel is outstanding with plenty of variety. I would highly recommend this idyllic property.

Solo stay

Most beautiful property I have ever stayed in! The staff was wonderful. The room was fabulous. The concierge Anh Tran was more than helpful, he suggested many special things to see and do, he was great. And Tiep helped greatly with taxis. I plan to return in March 2027 and bring my family from Lis Angeles. Thank you

Our stay at InterContinental Ha Long Bay was fantastic. The property is fairly new, and everything felt modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring the area. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool area was one of our favorite spots, especially with the bar right there. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the view. The beach was also great for walking. We loved strolling along the shoreline and seeing so many shells and bits of sea life along the way. It made for a really peaceful experience. We also treated ourselves to a couples massage at the spa, which was extremely relaxing and a great highlight of the trip. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with excellent service, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay.
