The hotel opened in October, and all the facilities are very new and clean. The staff are very kind and friendly, and they take the initiative to greet you every time they see you. The breakfast quality is very good, the selection is not large, but it is very exquisite 👍; the swimming pool is temperature-controlled, which is great.

The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities inside are very new and great 👍 Service: The staff's attitude is very satisfactory, they will proactively greet you and offer help when they see you. Cleanliness: The room is very clean, and the bed is very large, making it very comfortable for a family of three to sleep on. Hotel Location: If you drive, it takes 10 minutes to get to the city center for shopping and eating, which is quite convenient. Transportation Convenience: There is also a subway station nearby, just one or two stops away from Sapporo Station.

Transportation: Take the bus from CTS Airport and get off at Nakajima Park. For the return trip to the airport, take the bus from the stop in front of the hotel. Very convenient (travel time approximately 1 hour). Hotel Location: Near Nakajima Park, a 2-3 minute walk. If you want to go shopping around Susukino, it's about a 10-minute walk. Cleanliness: The room was clean. I booked a 19 sq m single bed room. It's small and cramped, typical of rooms in Japan. There's no space for a large suitcase; it has to be placed under the desk. Complete amenities are provided, such as shower caps, hair ties, lotion, etc., which are available on the 1st floor. There's also a corner with juice, tea, coffee, and popsicles available on the 1st floor from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Breakfast: Did not use the service. Service: Good... Arrived at 1:30 PM and was allowed to check in.

As expected it is a fast-pace tour package, but the tour guide Lisa is really great. Shes efficient and very informative, weve learned alot about Sapporo’s local culture e.g. the snow fairy birds, horse oil skin care etc. As for the places, we love the Hellvalley and lake Toya, as well as lake Shikotsu, my daughter enjoyed the bear ranch, still a great experience if you wish to familiarize yourself on where to stay next.😉😉

After much deliberation, I chose Indigo Travel and went on a tour with guide Ire! She's such a great person with so much energy, today's trip was so wonderful and memorable. A large group of us went to Biei in a large bus, and despite how tiring it must have been, she kept everyone's spirits up, took great photos of each of us, smiled, and approached those who were traveling alone to chat with them, for which I'm very grateful. The incredibly engaging and knowledgeable Ire emotionally enhanced each location we visited by adding storytelling and content, which I greatly appreciated. I also loved every course she took us on, and they'll all be memorable. Today, from the Sunagawa Highway Oasis rest area to Seven Star Tree, Biei Village, Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, Shikisai-no-oka, and Takushinkan, it was such a fulfilling and wonderful experience! It was my first time traveling to Sapporo, and I was wondering if I could enjoy traveling alone and how I should travel, but thanks to guide Ire, I was able to spend a fulfilling day freely doing what I wanted, and I realized that this is the purpose and happiness of my trip to Sapporo! I'll always remember how she raised the energy when taking photos of the people who came on the tour with me at the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls, shouting 'Lake!' and 'Waterfall!' as she took the pictures. As I write this review, hoping it will be helpful to guide Ire, I feel proud that it has become my record of a precious day in Sapporo. I was also deeply moved and grateful for her sincerity and dedication in answering the questions asked by the other tour participants during the final leg of the journey. Although it may be just a one-day encounter, as someone who works in the same creator field, it may be our first meeting, but guide Ire made such a great impression that I will be able to remember her at a glance if we meet again!!!!!! Also, she's so professional and responsible that I thought she was my age, but she's actually young, so please keep that in mind if you're going on a tour with her, haha.
