Things to do in Cu Chi Tunnel

We enjoyed the tour overall but the guide made it even better as he provided us with the historical information of the place. The tunnels themselves were an interesting experience and helped us understand the history more clearly. The guide, Tinh, was very engaging and friendly and made an effort to speak to all participants. The transport to the site was easy and communication was good from the company beforehand.

It was such a fun and informative trip! Depending on the location of your hotel, you can also choose to be picked up directly from your hotel, which makes the experience even more convenient. We got to have a glimpse into the history and experience of the tunnels by actually going through them ourselves, which made the tour even more memorable. Our tour guide explained everything in great detail and shared so much interesting information. By the end of the trip, I felt like I had gained a lot of new knowledge and a deeper appreciation for the history of Vietnam. I would definitely recommend this experience to my friends and anyone visiting Vietnam. It’s definitely worth adding to your itinerary!

The trip was so much fun especially i like the most is black virgin mountain, even though it was quite a long journey. If you wanna go there i recommended turn down by coaster, there's so much fun! In my opinion, booking a tour is an absolute must for this trip because it makes everything so much easier and more enjoyable. Most importantly, having a tour guide makes all the difference. This full-day excursion was such a blast and easily one of the highlights of our trip! We had an amazing time exploring both the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta. Everything was well organized, informative, and fun, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire day. There were so many little experiences included along the way. We had multiple food tastings, rest stops, and plenty of opportunities to grab coffee, snacks, and souvenirs without ever feeling rushed or pressured. At the Mekong Delta, we especially loved trying the different coconut samples and seeing how coconut is used in so many different ways. Our tour guide, Johnny, was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable He kept the day engaging from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this tour to tourists or anyone interested in learning more about Vietnamese history, culture, and local life. You get to experience so much in one day, and it was 100% worth it!

Chow’s exceptional storytelling brought the past to life, turning every stop into a meaningful and memorable experience. His passion, knowledge, and engaging way of sharing history kept us captivated throughout. We left with a deeper understanding of the past, a profound respect for those who endured it, and an even greater appreciation for the resilience and strength of the Vietnamese people. This is a must activity when you visit Ho Chih Minh.

Since I was staying in an apartment rather than a hotel, I made my own way to the pickup location. There were many similar vehicles and large buses at the pickup spot, so I wandered around for a while, not knowing which car I was supposed to take. The guide got out of the car, looked at the voucher, and recognized me, but since I arrived before the guide did, it would be helpful if the vehicle license plate number could be provided in advance the day before. David was the best guide; he took good care of everyone in our group, explained things thoroughly, and made sure we had good meals. We stopped at souvenir shops and other places during the tour, but there was no pressure or awkwardness if we didn't buy anything. In addition to meals, before taking the small boat across the Mekong River, we were able to stop at a place where we could eat fruit and rest for a bit. It was the rainy season, so it rained on and off, but David managed the schedule well so that it didn't cause any major disruptions. At the Cu Chi Tunnels, we even went inside the tunnels. It was educational regarding the Vietnam War, and his explanations were very engaging. For long and difficult explanations, he used translation apps tailored to the Korean and Chinese tourists to help us understand carefully. He truly was the best guide.

Omg! We had the most amazing time with Phong! He has an incredible amount of knowledge and we learnt so much. The tour was so well organised and he always ensured we were happy and comfortable.
