The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. Next to the elevator, there were drip coffee bags and various tea bags available, as well as small packaged amenities like cleansing and beauty lotions. Everything was great, except for the location being a bit far from the station. The breakfast selection was extensive; the freshly made omelets are highly recommended. There were many Japanese dishes, breads, and salads, and a wide variety of beverages including juice, milk, and oolong tea. The only minor downsides were that there were only three types of fruit, and the curry sauce was a bit thin and not the traditional Japanese flavor we usually expect.

hotel is bery close to restaurants, and just 10-15 mins walk to the nearest statin. what i love about this hotel is even if its sorrounded by bars and restaurants, and the neighborhood is bery alive during the night, it is still peaceful in the room and you cant even hear a thing from the outside.

Our stay at Nagoya Kanko Hotel was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The room was cleaned daily, and complimentary bottled water, fresh towels, and clean pajamas were provided every day. The room also included useful amenities such as complimentary toothbrushes, shaving razors, hair brushes, room slippers, and a kettle. One of the most pleasant surprises was the complimentary lounge on the 6th floor. Guests can enjoy hot or iced coffee, tea, and soft drinks at any time of the day or night. The lounge is comfortable and quiet, with plenty of seating. This was an unexpected benefit that greatly enhanced our stay. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, professional, and courteous. Overall, I have no complaints. The quality of service, comfort, cleanliness, and amenities far exceeded the price we paid. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return on a future visit to Nagoya. Highly recommended.

It's very close to the city center of Sakae. Downstairs, there's a drugstore, an arcade, plenty of great food, and shopping all in one area. The room has a slightly retro feel, but the transportation is incredibly convenient.
