This tour package is perfect especially for first time visitors in Bali as you will be able to see and experience their most beautiful tourist destinations, not to mention that they’re UNESCO Heritage sites. Putra, our guide, did an excellent job. He arrived on time at our villa, was accommodating, proactive in providing us with knowledge about Bali and is a good English speaker. We didn’t have difficulty communicating with him as he does not only understand what we say easily, but he can also clearly express himself. The best part, he is a good photographer and videographer at the time! 😉 As a traveller, photos are very important to me since these are the memories I can look back to at anytime. Our tour in Ubud with Bendy was absolutely incredible and truly unforgettable! Bendy is beyond accommodating—so kind, friendly, and full of knowledge about Ubud and Balinese culture. He shared fascinating information everywhere we went and made the whole experience feel special and personal. On top of being an amazing guide, he was also our photographer and captured stunning photos of us throughout the day—better than we could have imagined! We genuinely loved talking with him; he has such a warm personality and made us feel like we were touring with a friend rather than a guide. This was one of my favourites. We saw great waterfalls even though its crazy amount of steps to get there. Our guide Oke was the best and I highly recommend him. We had such a great time, will definately do it again. Also, you get to swing which is a bonus.

This was my first trip to Bali, and since I wanted to explore as many places as possible, I chose a private tour — and it turned out to be perfect. It was a special mother-daughter trip, and since we’re not into water activities, we skipped those but visited just about everything else! Arguna was incredibly kind and professional — he guided us with care, helped take photos, and patiently waited while my mom enjoyed souvenir shopping. Thanks to him, our entire trip felt relaxed and effortless. Honestly, driving in Bali looks impossible unless you're a local — and Arguna is absolutely the best driver! From early morning until late at night, all we had to do was enjoy the sights in comfort. If we visit Bali again, I’ll definitely contact Arguna. We had such a wonderful time and left Bali with happy memories. For first-timers, I highly recommend the 3-day private tour + Nusa Penida (especially if you love water activities)!

We had an amazing experience on the Hidden Waterfalls Tour. Our guide Juli was extremely punctual, knowledgeable, and very pleasant throughout the day. Juli was also a smooth and safe driver—no small feat given that Bali’s roads can feel like an adrenaline rush on their own! He took great photos for us and never rushed us at any of the locations, which really allowed us to enjoy each stop. Highly recommend this tour and Juli as a guide. Note for the tour itself, it requires decent physical endurance. There's a lot of up and down very steep stairs, and crossing through moving water. Also wear quick drying clothes and sandals that don't come off easily (lots of people were losing flip flops or struggling with slippery shoes).
