The hotel is very close to Southern Cross Station, so it is very convenient to take the Skybus to and from the hotel. It is also within the free tram zone, so you can easily take the tram to different places. There is a Spencer Outlet Centre nearby, and there is a large Coles supermarket next door for shopping. The hotel staff are polite and the beds are very comfortable.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. location was central to transport and tourist attractions. rooms were neat and tidy.

Outdated interior, limited soundproofing, and no window view — but spacious and centrally located, perfect for a short stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from South Cross Station. It is convenient to go anywhere and you can take the free zone tram.
