The driver was late for about thirty minutes but very apologetic. There was a traffic accident he said. It was really a blessing in disguise because I got lost inside the train station. I went inside to pee. Forgot where I entered. I panicked. Tried to ask some locals but not one knows how to speak English. I eventually got out but on the opposite side and not on the same building. Driver eventually arrived. I found out I'm the only non-Chinese in the tour group. Lin, the driver, had to explain to me the directions in his halting English. Tour was really good but I wish there was more time in Kamakura. Two hours in Enoshima Island and just 30 minutes in Kamakura. It was sultry in Enoshima when we were there. I wasn't able to see the Iwaya Cave. I stopped halfway to the Enoshima tour and went to the meeting place and roam around the vicinity. Took some photos. The Enoden ride was cool. The Slam Dunk place was full of people. No chance to have my photo taken there. Such a pity.

I checked in on the classic scene from Slam Dunk, which gave me a youthful and passionate feeling! The day we went there coincided with the long holiday in Japan, so there was a huge traffic jam. Everywhere we went was crowded with people, especially the Enoden train, which was packed to the brim, which shows how popular the place is. Thanks to our one-day tour guide Kenny for helping us buy tickets and lead us, otherwise it would be easy to get lost. Kenny also patiently introduced the local culture of Japan, which allowed us to gain more👍 When we finally left Yokohama, we were 10 minutes late because we were not familiar with the route. Thank you Kenny for waiting and tolerance. The overall itinerary was very good. I am very happy to meet a good tour guide. Thumbs up👍

Overall tour was great. Itinerary was good, but pacing wise is a little too rush and some spot is missed due to lack of time. Guide was always rushing and he was more of a guide than a tour guide because the explanation of history was quite minimal. Our guide was Liu but he did lead us all through all the key spots so overall it's still great for value.

The trip was truly enjoyable and Thanks to Allan Tan, we were able to reach every destination on time. His guidance was exceptional—he provided detailed information about each place, ensuring we didn’t miss any of the beautiful sights. A heartfelt thank you to Allan once again. I look forward to exploring many more destinations by booking through Klook. My sincere appreciation also goes to the Klook management for assigning Allan to our trip.

We had the absolute pleasure of touring with Toshi, and what a fantastic experience it was! Cheerful, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable, Toshi crafted a perfectly timed itinerary! He taught us how to navigate the Japanese rail system with ease and gave us tips for our next day's adventures too! Kamakura itself is a stunning town filled with serene temples and majestic shrines and Toshi brought the history to life with fascinating stories (including some alien theories! Lol!). Traveling in the summer the heat can be intense, but Toshi was wonderfully patient, allowing for café pit stops so we could rest and recharge. As Muslim travelers, we truly appreciated the extra care Toshi took in finding a Muslim-friendly restaurant. Thanks to him, we got to try the famous Whitebait Fish with Rice absolutely delicious and something I still think about! If you're headed to Kamakura, touring with Toshi is a must. You’ll laugh, learn, and leave with unforgettable memories!

Guide (AXXA) was mainly promoting her own country (talking about how her country is better than Japan etc.) instead of talking about Japan. Felt like it wasn’t a guide for Enoshima, Japan. Overall it was ok but felt it could have been better if it was a different guide.

I joined the Enoshima, Kanagawa, and Yokohama day tour and overall had a great experience! The itinerary was well-planned — we had enough time to explore each location without feeling rushed. Every stop was scenic and worthwhile, from the coastal views of Enoshima to the vibrant streets of Yokohama. However, I was placed in a Chinese-speaking group, and as the only one who speaks English, it was a bit difficult to follow along. The tour guide also wasn’t very fluent in English, so I missed out on a few explanations and insights. I had a hard time understading the instructions and had to rely on a chinese guy who speaks english too. That said, the guide was still helpful when approached individually and the smooth pacing of the tour made it easy to enjoy independently.

Yumiko-san is the best tour guide we’ve ever met in Japan. She’s incredibly accommodating and goes the extra mile to meet all our needs and requests. She took us to hidden gems in Kamakura—non-touristy spots that were absolutely breathtaking. Truly amazing!
