Things to do in Saint-Eustache Church

Enjoy museums like the Louvre and Orsay in two days! We visited a total of six attractions in two days. It's best to book the Louvre and Sainte-Chapelle in advance!

I took a tour with Guide Nowon, and it was fantastic! Not only did they explain the artworks wonderfully, but even though I was traveling alone, they took great photos for me. I had considered using an audio guide, but it was much more convenient because the group had a separate entrance line.

It was a great experience seeing these Attractions from the Seine River. The staff of Bateau Mouches accomodated us with our baby in a buggy and he led us to the stroller-accessible ramp.

The small-group guided tour I chose was truly excellent, especially as I was wondering how to best experience the immense Louvre. If I had gone alone, I would have simply looked at the artworks, taken a photo, and moved on. Instead, this tour allowed me to view each piece from multiple perspectives and consider its historical background, meaning, and the artist's intentions. From the moment we started, even before entering the museum, Guide Choi Jun-ho's explanations of France's history and present day, spanning from the 1st century BC, made the three hours at the Louvre feel incredibly short. I truly realized the meaning of the phrase, "You see as much as you know." While a tour that simply provides explanations would also be good, I highly recommend the small-group tour where you can ask questions, engage in conversation, and immerse yourself in the history of each era. Thank you for working so hard to manage and explain to so many people for so long. The Louvre is so vast that my child got bored at times, but it was definitely better to move around while listening to the explanations...

On the first day, starting from our accommodation near the Louvre, we took the Big Bus to the Orsay Museum, the Arc de Triomphe observation deck, then went to the Opéra Garnier, saw Lafayette, and returned to our accommodation by Big Bus. On the second day, we had a Parisian breakfast, took a historical English guided tour around Notre Dame, moved to the Eiffel Tower, took a cruise, and visited the Louvre Museum. We were mostly satisfied with everything.

Some passes saved a lot of money, and I ended up going to the Musée d'Orsay, which I originally didn't plan to visit, and saw Van Gogh's self-portrait.

Amazing experience, with or without the audio tour. There's something for everyone here! If you like taking photos (or having a nice backdrop for your photos), the sculptures' exhibit is a great place to start.
