It's clean and the staff are friendly. I really like this place, so I use it often. Especially since there are Korean managers, there's no problem with communication. Also, it seems most of the guests staying here are Korean. I highly recommend it.

The hotel has NO bidet in their toilet. The rest is all good. The amience is so nature inspired and the swimming pool is kinda allergy safe as it runs on spring water and the receptionists and hotel satff are friendly. dont expect the same treatment from the restaurant staff at their entrance ground level though as some cant even open the door for you even though your struggling feom your heavy luggage, one of the staff will just stepped away from the door instead of helping you open it.

Looks new. Big rooms - 2 interconnecting. Best part aside from the pools was that we were given early check in room. Highly recommended! Near Imbiah station Sentosa express. Amazing breakfast.
