it was a comfortable stay, no complaints. easy access to MRT orchard boulevard station. checkin process was smooth and I managed to check in earlier even before 1pm thank you to the staff. tap water provided but bring your own bottles. there is bidet here vs 5 star hotel that didn’t have

Had a great experience and hospitality at Jen Singapore Tanglin. It is very centrally located, minutes away from MRT and the bus stop. Small mall is next to hotel providing a small supermarket and also Cheers (groceries shop) at MRT station. I had a club room and was able to use the lounge on almost all days and Joel as well as Alex there were super hosts. Kudos to them. Overall me and my family had a great and will definitely consider this property again.

cozy, well-appointed room; comfortable bed and pillows; lush bed and bath linen; dispenser for drinking water provided in the sink saved me from buying bottled water; nespresso machine and electric kettle and choices of coffee and tea highly appreciated; friendly staff; great location since it's right beside a bus stop, train station and Tanglin Mall with many restaurants, a drugstore and supermarket.

Very comfortable stay with an excellent location, directly connected to Orchard Boulevard MRT. Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. Facilities like the pool and gym were a nice bonus. Great value for the location and convenience. Would stay again.

1st visit to Jen Tanglin and I'm really impressed. Helpful and friendly staffs like Joel from reception and Chef Kim Perry make you feel right at home. Salted pool was a nice surprise as well. 10/10 for my stay and definitely will visit again.
